Check-In / Check-Out Times Check-In: Starts at 4:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am.
Early Check-In Early Check-In is available upon availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If available, Early Check-In charge will apply for a half day before 4pm.
Late Check-Out Late Check-Out is available upon availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Late check-out charge is $75. Late checkout charge will apply if guest have not check out by 11 am. .Late Check-Out charge of a half day will apply up to 2:00 pm and a full day rate will be applied for guests wishing to depart after that time.
Age Requirement Guests must be 18 years or older to Check-In. Children of all ages are welcome to stay at our property with an accompanying adult.
Photo Identification All guests are requested to provide a Government Approved Photo I.D. or Valid Passport upon arrival.
Valet Parking Valet Parking has a cost of $25 daily. The hotel is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. If a problem occurs with a vehicle in the hotel car lot, the hotel cannot accept any liability with the vehicle. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car lot for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner’s expense.
Pet Policy We only allow well-mannered pet dogs on property. The maximum number of pets allowed in one suite is two with a pet fee of $75 daily. Pets must be kept on a leash, harness, or similar device always while in public areas. Damages made by pets are the full responsibility of their owners and charges will be placed on your room bill.
Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms or suites. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Cancellation Policy:  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If canceled within 7 days of arrival, a 50% partial charge will apply. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, a full charge will apply.

Grace Period: 24 hours if booked within 5 days or more from the arrival date. No grace period if booked 5 days or less from the arrival date.

Damage to hotel property Hotel property may be visually inspected by our staff and if so determined, guests may be charged for the repair and/or replacement of damaged or missing equipment, furniture and/or artwork that occurred during their stay. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel property or structure.
Inappropriate Behavior It is the hotel’s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by our manager on duty, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the manager on duty, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions. The police may become involved at the hotel, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
Filming and Photoshoop Policy Commercial Photography and Video shoot is not permitted at Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences without the express written permission from the hotel management. Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences does not allow any area of its hotel property to be used for professional or commercial photography or videography (including but not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Corporate, Portraits, Advertising Photography, and Model/ Fashion shoots, Instagram, TikTok, Only Fans, Music Videos). If you book a suite at our property, this does not mean that the room is a private location for your photography or videography. Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their own personal use. All photographs and videos should be taken from public viewing areas and must be taken with a phone or hand-held camera (Non-Professional Equipment). Camera or Video equipment that could potentially impede foot traffic such as tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots are expressly forbidden. Any unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately. Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and/or video of the hotel and related property. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. All trademarks, marks, logos, images, artwork, and facilities are the sole property of Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences and may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without written consent.
